compensation includes moderate base pay and benefits plus an additional hourly rate for
billable time at client sites and percentages of revenue collected through classes taught.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY: It will be your goal to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the technology as it
is used internally in order to be able to consult our rapidly growing client base. Therefore,
you will be groomed by working in our offices. We foresee that the process of you getting
familiar with daily operations, strategic aspects, and technical details, will take
approximately six months to one year if you are completely new to sales force automation.
If you have demonstrated outstanding performance and knowledge, you may be able to work on
consulting projects earlier.

As an integral part of our team, you will qualify and close existing leads. You will then begin
your consulting engagements by working with clients to identify their needs and examine
existing workflow. Based on these findings, you will work with clients to develop new workflow
processes that integrate existing strategies with state of the art software. Upon acceptance
of your model, you will work with the clients to provide implementation and training.

Throughout the engagement you will provide consistent communication and follow through to
support clients and ensure that they successfully achieve business objectives and receive
optimal benefits from their investment. You will continue to identify and evaluate further
opportunities for educational support, consulting services and sales potential.

The candidate will be expected to work under little supervision. Furthermore, the candidate is
expected to learn most of the technology off regular business hours on his or her own time.

Many administrative duties need to be handled as well. Written and verbal prospect
correspondence including development of customer proposals, participation in company
newsletters, maintenance of the company/contact database, and web site maintenance are some
of the marketing related tasks in our offices. You are expected to complete your billable
timesheets in a timely manner and support IT projects and functions internally as needed.
